You can modify or cancel your reservation easily through our online system or by contacting our support team.
Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are usually eligible for a full refund.
Renters must be 21 years or older. There is no maximum age limit, provided the renter has a valid driver’s license and meets rental requirements.
Yes. A 3-hour interval is required between bookings to allow for vehicle inspection and preparation.

The minimum rental period is 2 days, and there is no maximum rental duration.
All taxes, discounts, and applicable fees are processed through our fleet management system, Rentcentric, and are clearly itemized during checkout.
Each rental includes 200 miles per day.
Our business hours are 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
Delivery is available in Southfield. Additional delivery options and fees may vary or be unavailable depending on location.
Pick-ups and returns must be completed within business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) unless special arrangements are made in advance.
Custom deliveries can be arranged with advance notice, subject to driver availability.
Yes. After-hours options are available on a case-by-case basis and may include an additional fee.
Yes. Renters must have a valid driver’s license, return the vehicle with the same fuel level, and are responsible for all tolls, tickets, and violations. Vehicles should be returned clean.
Yes, a car charger is available upon request.
Additional fees may apply for late returns, after-hours service, excess mileage, smoking or cleaning violations, and tolls or tickets.
Excess mileage is charged at $0.75 per mile.
An additional driver may be added for $25 per rental.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. A minimum $250 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected.
Yes. Renters are responsible for all toll charges incurred during the rental. An administrative fee may apply depending on the toll provider.
Yes. A cleaning fee applies if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, including stains, spills, pet hair, or strong odors.
